After being unable to walk without hitting walls, dressers, bars, you know things that don't move out of the way, my mom convinced me to go to urgent care. Like I was going to tell her I was being poisoned, ha. So I placated her went expecting to be told I have a migraine because I wouldn't have told them to check for poison. Well,I just have the flu. I think I'm probably the happiest person ever to hear I have the flu. It took a little while but when it sank in. But to know I'm not slowly killing myself is awesome!! I'm seriously excited! I know it's stupid but I had to share.

I wrote a post about this recently! That the odd thing about the flu is that you get this mental awareness change that is very strange that nobody ever talks about - its always snot and muscle aches - but the altered peception is really the first flu clue
