I'm having my appointment on Friday.
This is the 2nd time I see her. The 1st time she put me on Lithium.
And told me to taper the Lamotrigine to 0.
Well, I tried to go all the way up to 900mg of Lithium but the side effects
were killing me. I got a few signs of toxicity. So I cut it to 600mg on my own.
I think she can understand this part.
Now the Lamotrigine, I'm still taking 150mg.
I changed pharmacies and the gave me a different brand that was not working.
Now I have the right brand and will like to go up to 300mg which she doesn't.

How can I handle the situation so she doesn't think I'm playing doctor.
