This annoying symptom is coming from the Lithium now.
It happens with Aderall too.

Any recommendation?. It's really annoying me.
Thank you

Good advise Ocean. For someone up North.
I live in South Florida. In flip flops, shorts and sleeveless Ts.
I love you the same.

Ever since I started the adderall I've experienced this. My fingers are like ice cubs and my toes, no matter the thickness of my socks or the type of shoe, are frozen to the point that they sometimes hurt. I haven't been able to figure a way to fix this except to sit right in front of a heater. Let me know if y'all find something that works. I've just slowly come to except it since the benefits of taking the adderall out weigh the cons.

I was doing good on Adderall for depression. However, I couldn't
take the crashes. I think it has to do with being bipolar instead of ADHD.

Aspirin has worked. A vasodilator.
Avoiding coffee and nicotine. Vasocontrictors.
Both are impossible for me to avoid.

I'm hoping for a more mundane remedy that does not involve more pills.

I have had it for years now.. It's not med related.

It's annoying and painful but I have a really cute selection of gloves and stuff

Mine wasn't med related either, it seems to be finally getting better now tho... After 12 years

Mine was hormone and circulation related, happened directly after I gave birth.

I would soak my feet in scalding hot water, then into cotton socks.

Most helpful remedy I used.

I enjoy your replies very much.
Specially your advise when the situation is serious enough for me to shut up.
Keep up the good work.

I didn't know about hormones. The end result is always poor circulation.
I'm glad you are feeling better now.

I have this weird numbness at the tips of 3 fingers on my left hand.
Didn't have this before ECT.
But you know Drs. They'll never admit a thing.

Same here. If you are not adverse to leather, leather slippers seems to work the best for me (feet).

Hands...I am still trying to find the best solution
