I have a pdoc appt Monday and I think I'm going to ask to see if I can get some meds lowered. I think I would like to lower the Geodon in the morning to 20 mg. I would also like him to take over my Gabapentin prescription, so I can get it lowered in the morning to 200 mg. I currently take 300 mg in the AM and 1200 mg at night. I've been getting them from my back dr because it's supposed to help my back, but I find it working more for my anxiety than anything else. Also I don't see my back dr until April and I want the change to happen sooner than later. I'm just so tired of being tired during the day and I know it's the geodon and gabapentin that make me tired. I forgot to take my gabapentin last Sunday and I was so much more with it. I tried not taking it in the AM again on Monday and by 2:00 had some pretty bad anxiety, so clearly I need some in the AM.

I'm also thinking about taking my universe guide paintings. I did one for mania and one for normal. Just so he can see what I've been working on in therapy. I'm also going to tell him that biofeedback works a whole hell of a lot better than the supplements he told me to take. I should prob still take them, but I keep forgetting to, and one is for memory.

Should be a good appointment. Hopefully by next appointment I'll be more stable and be able to lower the night time dose of geodon. I take 240 mg, so maybe reduce it to 200 mg. but we'll see. I am so afraid to come off the geodon like he wants me to. Going to do it real slowly.

Sounds like a good plan. I sure love your universe guide paintings!
