I know,Im a pain in the butt but I have so many questions about my new diagnosis.....I hope you all will forgive me.
When speaking to Pdoc last thurs I indicated to him that my mania/depression became greatly intensified after I passed out and took a flight if stairs on my neck.(I was drinking and smoking ,not cig)My friends found me unconscious. Anyhow Pdoc is ordering a cat scan.....but never said much else about it. Next question.....if one is hynomatic,do you really have to report to gp change in state......my mania isnt that bad,my depression is very bad. If I did report mania,is it because depression always follows and they want to nip it in the bud? ![]() |

i am no expert but i don't think a falling ingury would cause someone to be bp. i think it's a chemical imbalance. but maybe if it were i huge head ingury maybe it could cause some psych problems. like i said no expert lets see what other have to say.-onyx

Drinking and "smoking" are depressants...most people who are undiagnosed or diagnosed BP use these when in mania to squash the manic episode...
I think you were in a manic type episode prior to the fall...but i'm not an expert either...
