I have an appointment with my new pdoc today, I scheduled this appointment 7 weeks ago. I had to drop the kids off at the babysitter and drive 1.5 hours, but I'm here now! I'm so so so nervous. I hope he is a decent doctor, there are just so few in the area. I'm scared to tell him that I've self injured three times this week. Ugh. I haven't had any suicidal thoughts though so hopefully that's enough to keep me out of inpatient.

I will update after my appointment!
