I hear ya. Please hang in there. If you can avoid drinking I hope you will. I used to buy a case of beer when I was very depressed. I never got past the 3rd beer and always felt worse later. I also kept thinking about who I could put my daughter with, so I could zone out and at least not have the stress of the guilt that I wasn't doing what a mom should do.

This disease sucks.

Bipolar disorder with very long depressions and short hypomanic episodes. I initially love the hypomanic episodes until I realize they inevitably led to terrrible depressions. I take paroxetine, lamotrogine and klonopin.
