Hey, you're working hard here; no discouragement! You're a thing of beauty and a joy forever! (one of my stepmother's better accolades)

It's actually Keats: http://www.phrases.org.uk/meanings/19200.html
My stepmother would say it about a lengthy or difficult activity finished and done well, the result; and, by default, if you had participated in that activity, you were included in the praise.

If you are going to be a therapist you better get used to talking, analyzing and going round in circles! ![]()

On a lighter note, I love your new avatar! My husband is a Three's Company junkie. He can't live without TV Land.

Why am I dreading therapy tomorrow? I want to see him, but I don't want to speak with him. Ever again. I am not mad at him at all; I am just so tired of this.
Solitude is depressing, not because of the aloneness, but because of the exhaustion of examing my relationships and attempting to reconnect when I don't even understand what the hell is going on. Therefore, solitude is easier, and crudely interrupted by therapy. |

Yes, that can be exhausting and depressing! Maybe you just need support for a while, and some easygoing sessions with your T. Just some feeling and sharing times. Sometimes I have these with my T and they're really warm and relaxing. Sometimes some emotions come out but we don't analyze. Just be together in the here and now. It's great. Maybe you can think of it as a resting place on a strenuous hike.
