So for 6 yrs you've suffered some bipolar symptoms ?
Same Meds the whole time? I spent 5 ip when I slowly weaned off my Meds last year. The year before that 2014 I tried to stay out of hospital by going to T every day and Pdoc once per week. Thanks to the ECT I can not remember what we worked on. I do have a ton of issues and abuse and trauma. But when I get back to CA I'm going to TCM and have accupunture.

Of course it is. So is your decision at this point. You will do whatever you do, but I care enough to at least challenge your thinking a bit before you jump into this. I know you may not appreciate my honesty with you, but sometimes that's what people who care have to do. I hope it works out for you.

Ad stability - if meds are contributing to one's instability, they may never be stable enough to go off meds after they been stable on them for sometime.
If DD wants to withdraw slowly, it doesn't seem as rush decision.... and they can always go back on meds if this doesn't work.

I know of plenty people bipolar who go off meds and are fine to this day. Meds contributing to stability means nothing about how they will do when they go off. |

T and I talked the entire session yesterday. Its been thought about extensively just not talked about on here until now. Not opinion if I know it's going to happen starting today. I'm not predicting results but its gonna happen starting today. |

The pdoc prescribes the meds and knows how it effects your entire body. Why not talk with him/her about this. Your T may understand, but cannot determine how harmful dropping the meds can be to your body.

Enough. I'm no longer discussing or reading this. If a mod reads this before I send a PM request please take this thread down. Thank you.
