Three times in my last 2 years in treatment. The first time was when I tried to kill myself because I was misdiagnosed with MDD, and was only taking ADs, the second and third time was also when I was taking ADs again, and the doctors refused to listen that I was more suicidal on them (and rapidly cycling), I had no other options but to stop. I felt if I hadn't stopped the third time I definitely would have killed myself, 100 percent. Now every time I have a med change or a episode of hypomania/depression/unstable, the first question is ARE YOU TAKING YOUR MEDICATION? LIKE REALLY? I'M HERE TO GET BETTER These doctors will never admit they did anything wrong/misdiagnosed me. I was ADs for over 2 years and it RUINED my life. I hate them and I hate this illness.

It's good you got it out of your chest.
This varies from one individual to another, however I will like to now what ADs were causing you problems. I hear SSRIs are horrendous. |

Yes everyone is different. For me ssris are the only ADs that work.

I always get asked have you stopped your meds? It's like I'm not allowed to be manic or depressed for any reason other than I have stopped my meds. Fair enough I have frequently stopped them but still
