My back went completely out yesterday and I couldn't move because of horrible spasms. It had been getting worse and worse since Wednesday. On Friday my doc called in some muscle relaxer, which really helped but made me sleep.
I wake up today and feel like a new woman! My back still is pretty sore but I can stand and walk without crying. I have all this energy but can't do anything with it. I want to shampoo the carpets, walk the dogs, mop, everything. I can't do much of those in case my back gives out, and I'll do almost anything to keep from having that type of pain. So much energy and initiative and no where to put it, lol. I guess I'll have to blog.

Compression helps. Do you have a wet suit or spanx?
Or wear your tightest one piece swim suit. Walk the dog I like. Not the other stuff. Too hard on back.
