I'm going to try a group meetup.
All their meetings in Costa Rica are in the capital city. So no good there.

But then I put LB in and they have lots happening. Happy hours. Painting groups. ( I usually to watercolors but have been on sabbatical.

I'm going to spread my wings!

Congrats on finding a group! Hope everything goes well for you.

I tend to isolate myself, which I know is not a good thing for me, especially when I'm depressed. I think I'm very introverted, though... so I'm pretty content with staying in my house all day.

Hi Blue.
I default to staying inside too.

But I know when I have an appointment I am capable of getting ready and going out. The trick I think is balance.

We can learn so much from the errors in judgment that occurs during our cycles.
Bad and good. But experiences.

Ocean Swimmer, wise words! And not just when cycling, yet it might make things clearer. With more control comes (even) more responsibility.

Enjoy the flight! Keep it steady.

Good luck swimmer! You have all my support. I belonged to a group after an IP stay but I didn't keep up with it. Lately I've really been thinking of going back. And you just gave me more inspiration to do so! I hope it helps and is a positive thing for you

Good news swimmer, I am happy for you.
Clubs are a good way to get out and socialize.
We are all into isolating I guess but we have to
push and get out in the world.
I belong to two fishing clubs and I love it.
Good luck you can do this.

You guys are so funny! I need to find something social to do, too. Something that is fun, and not on a regular schedule, like singing in my church choir, which I used to do.
