I just feel so good today and I don't know why... but I'm glad!

I'm normally an introverted person, but I broke out of my shell today to talk to new people!

Also, today at my work, a representative from a local gym came in to talk about the classes they offer. Normally I'm too anxious, depressed, etc to talk to people, but I finally had the courage to speak to someone, and on Friday, I get to tour their gym and sign up for classes. I think it's a flat rate of $50 a month and you can attend as many classes as you want. It's a pretty good deal since they offer classes 7 days a week starting at 5:30 am and ending at 9pm. All classes are 30 minutes long, so you can mix and match!

I heard exercise is great for mood disorders in general, so I'm hoping this works out well for me.

The good thing is, I have lots of workout gear from a shopping spree I did when I was hypo, so I don't have to buy workout clothes lol

Do any of you workout or want to workout?

Thanks for this!

Makes me happy to hear that!

I love days when I overcome my anxiety!
And feeling so good!

I do! I have been working out on and off for about 4 years. It always helps but the key is to do it especially on the days you don't want to. That's when you will see benefits with the mood disorders. Consistency even when you feel like there is no point!

I joined a gym in October. I met a lot of nice people. It is mostly women and we cheer each other on. I even had coffee with someone I met there. It helped me feel stronger, boost my mood, and introduced me to new people. Good luck and have fun! p.s. Good for you!!!YAY Bluebicycle.

Fantastic news Blue.

I used to belong to a 24 hour gym.
It's been a few years , but I've done Jazzercise for 18 years.

Waterski when I'm at the Lake Naci house.
Here I swim. Wish I'd walk dog more often. I'm going thru a lazy spell.
