I missed my usual hour-long walk today because I fell asleep on the couch and didn't wake up until dinner time.

Was I being lazy? Will I go for a walk tomorrow? Does this have anything to do with being BP?

You'll go for a walk tomorrow.

You were lazy by association.

Nothing to do with BP ... sounds like you just needed a nap and broke out of your usual routine a little bit haha. No cause for concern.

Sounds like you needed the nap, and you can take your regular walk tomorrow!

Oh, I am so there. I used to walk for an hour before work and an hour after.
I got lazy
I need to get "me" back.

I doubt that I will be able to walk tomorrow. I am too conflicted about it. I think I must be going through a mixed episode.

Ok wooly. Make yourself take that walk. Then report back. I bet it'll be a good thing and help your mood. Set an alarm.
