It's not possible, Yet. They're working on it. Seriously.
You can opt for a brain, all the whole head.

Why do I google these stupidities,
Because I'm not having a good day,
I have time to burn and don't want to keep taking meds.
Like today. I didn't take any.

I'm pondering the situation if I had an opportunity for a transplant.
I think I'll go for a head, if I can find a good looking one. If not,
just the brain. The brain would be manufactured from cells.

Are you ready for a transplant?. Heads or Brains?

I'd want two: I definitely will keep my own, but a would like something more common to compare it to. Then I'll set it on fire to intensify its psychotic qualities.

Just
... (well I can't now, fully, now can I?)

We're gonna be such good friends.

Nice try, but no cigar. It's a trade deal. You're happy with yours, pass.
I'm a trader by trade. So I'll trade. For a "sane" one. Tired of being "different".
Maybe there will be trade options for newer models in the future.

How unfair!

Could I have two different hemispheres then? One my own (they are pretty much identical in my case anyway), the other from a very common human specimen, preferably a clinical psychiatrist.

Will burning it, for just that little extra/less, a little, just enough cells, void my warranty?

Just consulted with the factory. Separate hemispheres is an option, as long as they are from clinical psychiatrists. Which will be the most abundant donors if I have my way. Warranty?, hahaha!!!. They cut, you pray!.

It's either a "brain transplant" or a "body transplant" depending how you want to look at it.

I saw an article about the guy who volunteered for this transplant, he's immobile, and so would get a healthy body. If he goes through with it he probably won't wake up. Sounds horribly risky and an awful idea to me.
Thanks for this!

You're right. It's all about perspective.
Now you have destroyed whatever was left of my life.
What good will it do to have a new brain in a 66yrs old body?.
And if I exchange both, who will I be?. I lose no matter how we "slice" it.

The volunteer is Russian. The doctor is Italian. All they need now is a donor.
Who would that be?. They want to operate in 2017. But is still controversial.

Do you think your facial features change based on your personality? Building off the new head idea.. maybe it would alter to suit you more. You know how you meet those people who you look at and once they talk you're just like, "yeah. that's what I expected from your face." except you don't say it because that would be weird. Like if you look at your face in the mirror do you think it suits your personality?

Yes. Pretty much considered delusional thinking, but yes: I think (with nothing to back it up) that your personality and more essential things that personality is secondary to (but consequently also your personality is visible), are made visible through physical features. Exact thoughts through facial expression. The latter being dependent on the former characteristics.

I also believe others do pick up on it, subliminally. We sometimes take the next step: automatically forming conscious artefacts, reading minds or fear of minds being read and personality/character flaws seen. Doesn't always/ever work very well, though. All typical subsyndromal SZ(A/BP).

Yes I do. When you are constantly smiling or are constantly sad, they change.
My face is me. Totally. I've never being liked by everybody. Nor have I wanted to be.
However, those who like me, stick to me like glue. Sometimes soffocating.
I really haven't invested any time to pass judgement on other people's faces.
I'll tell you a secret, the only prejudice I have in my life is against the uglies.
Would I change my head?. No, not really. I look like Al Pacino, only better looking.
It's my brain that needs some adjustment. And, of course, being 45 yrs younger will help inmensely.
Thanks for this!
