Are you *normally* extroverted or introverted?

Sometimes hypo/mania can make you extroverted and sometimes depression can make you introverted, but I'm talking about a normal, non-depressed, non-manic day.

I consider myself introverted. I like hanging out with people, but not all day. I like my alone time.

Of course I'm VERY extroverted when I become hypo/manic. I tend to talk a lot.

I am ambiverted.

Most of the times I am extraverted because I like crowds and people and am frequently hypomanic.

I've never heard of "ambiverted" before. Very interesting... I guess you learn something new everyday!

Extroverted to the hilt. I can talk to the dead. Rapid fire. People think I'm crazy.
Thanks for this!

I'm a bit of an ambivert as well. I like to think of as being a touch on the introverted part of the spectrum

Extraordinarily extrovert,my support group laments the time I'm not there.
But for every action there must be an equal reaction. So for example after a meeting I crash. ( even with Meds trying to make me equal in mood all of the time. )

Definitely introverted, but on stage, making a presentation, speaking to a crowd, definitely extroverted.

Same here, I can only deal with small groups. Anymore than four people, including myself, I just can't deal.

Mostly introverted -- I like my "me" time and don't particularly like to be in social situations. However, I have learned to be more comfortable when I am in social situations. I can carry on a conversation, etc. And in my job I have to be very extroverted, but that is a my job role and isn't particularly how I am outside of work.

I'm honestly not sure. I used to say I was an introvert. I spend a lot of time alone, but a lot of the time it's not because I want to. Maybe I'm an ambivert. I kind of flip flop around a lot.

Ambivert lol I come off introverted because I feel inhibited because of social anxiety, but i love to be out doing things, concerts, clubs, meeting new people, I have to be with the right people though if not I'd rather be alone.
