It's been a week of no depression it's been months since I haven't struggled with this. It's time for me to get some things done that I have let go for the last 4-5 months. It's such a relief, anxiety is still here but not as bad. I think I'm a little afraid that this isn't going to last. It's been a rough year for me in and out of the hospital, unpaid time from work, letting everything go. One step at a time, I can do this, I can be well I keep telling myself. It's OK, it's finally ok

I'm happy to hear that you're in a better place emotionally. Hold onto it and enjoy it day by day. Keep doing whatever you're doing, and if you're taking any meds continue them!

Congratulations.

Thank you all. Taking my meds like clockwork, therapy every other week. I think part of it is the last med adjustment and part forcing myself to stick to routines. Maybe it just ran it's course whatever it is I'm so very grateful!!

Good for you. I know that feeling of feeling better and wanting to do everything at once. Baby steps.

Mostly great news today (I think, sorry if someone feels let down: you are loved)!

So good to hear that and it's of course a bit like learning to walk anew, but healthy confidence does it!
