I think cats are far more sensitive than many humans, which can be great. They can feel your pain.
In my experience, it can be detrimental when they feel any type of strong suspicion and become suspicious themselves and get very aggressive (which humans luckily can suppress).

My cat is sensitive. She's mad at me right now because I needed to trim her front claws.
I can always tell if she's upset. Maybe I'm sensitive too!

![]() I love cats! Grew up with them. With dogs I somehow think it is somewhat the opposite: a bit stoic. Maybe that is why some people like them, like many in Britain: many are equally stoic. I am not too sure about dogs, though. I/we never had one.
