I'm usually hypmanic by this time of year but it is delayed due to the lingering Winter. I've passed three milestones where i am usually hm: March 12th, my dog's Home Day, St. Patrick's day on March 17th and Easter. I'm beginning to wonder if it will even happen this year. Is anyone else finding their Spring hypomania is no where to be found?

I'd say my manic states are usually brought on by stress and not so much time of year in general. Been in an agitated depression for quite some time now though.

If I'm supposed to get a spring hypomania, yeah, the weather is delaying it. I was even thinking I needed to have my AD tweaked.

Right now I live in a a tropical country and it has been summer since November.
My Meds are in charge right now. I got a little manic on my exit to Forida and the stresses that went with traveling.
My moods the best when I can swim.
