I just cant handle the world. Im up, up, up and angry and going off on people. My heads full of shrieking ribbons twisting around each other. Im a cauldron of crazy. Meds only work about six months, going through another change, rapid cycling and mixed episode. I can't get no relief.

Mixed episodes totally suck!!! They're my worst. When I get them I feel like I want to bang my head against a wall 24/7.

What coping strategies are you using?

I had a horrible mixed episode last Friday. Almost lost my job. I haven't had one for so long, it was HORRIBLE. Sorry to hear that you are there I hope you even back out soon!

Thanks for responding. Im trippin. I dont want to go to the hospital, just got to hang on. Wish I could get some relief, but liquor and pills are not an option. Best to stay home and melt into insanity so I stay out of trouble

Are you having dysphoria??? I get like that especially when mixed. Today I almost got kicked out of a store because I was such a ***** to the girl at the register. I feel like a complete monster right now.

Sorry you are going through that. They are the WORST type of episodes to deal with
Hang on and remember nothing lasts forever

And I discovered that my castles stand
