What is the best diet for bipolar? What foods boost serotonin when depressed?

I think foods with tryptophan. I used to take it as a supplement.
Turkey. Maybe milk.

Sweet and sour chicken is pretty good, but I dunno... I think Chinese food in general is the perfect bipolar food for me
