I thought about it today, too Really sorry you are stressed. But it's good that you realize what causes it. Take care of yourself, Pikku

I recently went through 5 months of hell. My husband was laid off (main breadwinner) and we were both seriously stressed (tons of anxiety and depression) and I had to be strong for my husband!! Wait a minute, aren't I the one with MI who needs the support?? It was really rough, but we made it through, we are both stronger, and I think my husband is starting to have a breakthrough from his own mental issues (undiagnosed, but definitely needing to work on his attitude about life and loss). I say this to encourage you: IT GETS BETTER! I promise. If you need to check yourself in, do it. I've had an inpatient experience that was very good and just what I needed at the time. If you decide not to go to the hospital, do set up an appointment with your doctor. Under times of great stress, my p-doc prescribes me Xanax XR (extended release). It takes the edge off the stress and I have less anxiety attacks.
