Are there some blogs by person with mental health challenge, which show them living life and dealing with their problems in connection with jobs, hobbies, activism?

I know Pride in Madness, but that is more borderline focused. Wonder if there is such blog about somebody with bipolar, that is about person who has bipolar, but also life, hobbies, reads book and does art and helps others (not necessarily all, but you know what i mean).

I am tired of "take your meds blog" and "I retell what wikipedia says in my own words" or "My place to whine about how life is not fair and exploring my own head to gruesome details" (which are fine if it works for the person... but honesty, often not that interesting). Or even worse "I am paid by big pharma, so I bash all treatments that are not made in lab" and "I hate human rights, so forced treatment for everybody!" ****.

I want to read about people, how they handle their crazy and still have rich lifes. Maybe how their crazy inspires them. People with thoughts. Are there such blogs?

So you're saying you want me to start a blog about my life ... ? okay got it!

Seriously though I'm not really sure I can recommend any blogs to you, but your descriptions of the 3 (ish) generic stereotypical MI blogs made me chuckle. Thanks for that.

Have you signed up for wordpress and subscribed to "bipolar"? I write a blog on there and have found many other good ones.

Not that I know of. If you find something of that caliber related to mental health, please, don't hesitate to let us know.
