I'm trucking to S.C. on May 5th for my disability hearing. Worked on this almost 3 years. Have an atty. My question is this? What's going to happen at the hearing? Are they going to ask me a bunch of questions, are they going to decide within 30 mins. of talking to me whether they think I'm good to go or not as far as keeping a job? What if I'm stable that day and they don't see 'it.' I never know what the day will bring with the moody energy fluctuations. What if I'm too manic to drive? I suspose I will call my atty and ask her but was wondering if anyone had been through this and gotten this far and could offer some experience on the upcoming court day with the judge.

The fact that you have an attorney is a good thing.
I'm sure she can tell you exactly what will happen. Best of luck
