Not as frequent as when I was younger but still very very bad.
Almost like a migraine.
I got back from the city and a marathon dental appointment.
Delayed reaction?
Took some aspirins and am drinking strong black coffee.
How's everything going on your turf?

I'm sure you held a lot of tension getting that dental work done which may have caused the migraine. IDK. They suck though. Mine tend to be food related. The last one I had started in the morning which was unusual and I couldn't sleep it off and puking didn't make it go away. I feel depressed today...so much to do, it is very daunting.

Hi Zepchick,
Take it easy. Make a priority list. Often times we can feel overwhelmed and then it leads to worse depression. Nasty cycle.
I'm feeling better already,so probably a tension headache.
I'm cooling it. Recovering from surgery. Here with my cat, watching monkeys out my bedroom window.
Lots of love.

Hi Ocean,

Butterbur and feverfew. I've heard of it used by some wife, girlfriend, flame, IDK.
I think is was a country girl I met in Georgia. I got stock with the name, not the person.

Hope it go away soon.

I woke up with a migraine too - Excedrine migraine has taken the edge off but still lingering.

Good job with the coffee and asprin. That should do the trick! I get headaches so bad that I get nauseous. Hope you feel better! ((Hugs))
