I would increase my anti depressants every few months when I had an episode and then I'd have another episode and just increase again. It wasn't working That's what I've been doing since I was 14, I turn 30 this year and finally found a miracle pill. This is the first time in my entire life I've gone a month without feeling depressed or anxious. Im taking gabapentin in addition to Lexapro and Wellbutrin and I've found the right combo.
