When something is funny, I will nod my head and say "that's hilarious" instead of laughing. Ha!

My new thing is to reply with "you got it dude" instead of "you're welcome" in texts...

.....and..."awesome sauce", for an exclamation to something

Any swear word lol. When it's appropriate to use of course. I don't know dropping F bombs in front of the elderly now.

On another note, one of my step kids say "literally" and "basically" whenever he speaks and it bothers the piss out of me lol.

That reminds me of more...
My swearing is bad, so it's just part of my language, except when speaking to my supervisors.
I do have a problem saying "seriously?" I blame Grey's Anatomy for that one..

I swear too much. Most of it is the "brown word", but I'll drop an occasional F-bomb if the circumstances call for it (and when I'm manic, ALL the circumstances call for it). I also use "awesome" way too much.

Yeah and yes.

As in, we're going there, yes?
Is this what we're supposed to do, yeah?

I'm sure it's annoying for other people.

I watch too much doctor who. Everyone is always talking like that on that show. Lol!

My teenagers have me saying "that's a force"
As in the school field trip is 1000$ ..that's a force!

Clean up your room..."force mom it's nice out"

Having bipolar...life you forced it.

I'm a pretty big fan of The & And. I've tried not to use them and failed miserably.

"Awesome" really makes my skin crawl. "Awesome sauce" is far worse still. It's such an exaggeration. Maybe "awesome sauce" makes fun of that, but just using anything without adding anything meaningful... Use something like marvellous. I like marvellous.

I really can't stand "like" as an introduction of a rhetorical question or as a completely unnecessary filler, like anything. I mean, like, what are you like?

I use basically a lot, but I try to use it meaningfully.
