How do you differentiate between 'bipolar thoughts' and 'real ones'?
I am specifically asking because I think I want to get a divorce for many reasons. These feelings have come and gone, but over the past almost year they have been pretty consistent. There are plenty of real valid reasons for us to divorce, but I can't tell what my feelings are. Can you relate at least? ![]()

I don't know your situation but in my case ... if I felt that way (and I have before) ... I would be very careful .... my interests .. concerns ... fears .. desires change ... sometimes quickly sometimes slowly .... be very sure before you open your mouth .... sometimes we get what we ask for even if we really didn't want that ... maybe just something different ... maybe turn your world upside down ....
I have no idea what I am saying .... except I feel you .... but for me the unknown is always worst than anything happening now ... good luck .. |

I would be inclined to trust a feeling that I've had for almost a year. Good luck!
