I'm almost out of Temazepam. Hard to devide in capsule form,so I Tryed to skip pill and double seraquel. Still traveling and about 16 pills short of Pdoc appt when I get to CA.
Symptoms suffered nausea,migraine,anxiety,panic attacks,interrupted sleep.

1 possible solution, going to try and buy some here in Costa Rica before I leave.
If I can't , what should I do ?
I know withdrawl from this med can be serious.
What a drag.

Start tapering now so you don't have to go cold turkey if you can't buy any in CR.

I have a plan b. Going to try lorazepam with seraquel at night.
I don't think I can buy online. They're a Benzo.
I bought codeine at Walmart pharmacy after my dental work. No prescription. So, we'll see.
Hope everything is going well for you guys.

Oh no, ocean! That's a benzo. You NEED to start tapering now if you can't get more.

I'm so sorry. I'd really be panicking.

If it gets too bad go to the ER.

Lots of hugs.

I hope you'll be okay. Maybe it will be alright because you have lorazepam too.

I agree with this person. I'd start taking lower doses to ween down so you don't just wake up one day without it. Isn't there anyway to go to a hospital and show you're out of a med?

Not right now. I have 6 pills for an emergency. I tried the lorazepam with seraquel last night. Slept without side effects.
I think this may work.

My doc said Ativan addiction occurs at 6 milligrams daily for 6 weeks. 4 milligrams daily takes 8 weeks. Keep an eye on things but otherwise, congrats on finding something that works. (Hugs) and happy traveling.
