I am looking for a mood tracker for anxiety and depression. I need something I can print for the doctor. Any good ones out there?
It's okay if it costs a little bit.

I always liked Optimism Online Optimism Mental Health Apps for Self-Tracking as an app that I could use on my laptop or my iPad. It is customizable and I could even journal on it. I believe there is a way to print and/or share with your doctor.

Another one is Mood Tracker https://www.moodtracker.com/ which has similar features but isn't quite as customizable. You just have to play around with them until you find the one that works for what you need.

I'd be interested in this as well.

A lot of these apps seem to be social media apps... like "Mood track diary". Seriously, with all the crap people post on it, it might as well be called "Mood track diarrhea"

I suppose the private version of that app might be nice, though. It's only $0.99. Might try it

I know the ones I listed can be completely private. You don't have to in any way participate in the social aspect of those apps.

That's good!

Most people exaggerate their symptoms on social media to gain attention, so it gets annoying after a while.

Update: Downloaded the Mood Track Diary (private) for iPhone because it was only $0.99 and I have a billion gift card money.

Looks like you can input your mood by the hour or by the day (whichever you choose). That might be good for identifying triggers (e.g., Maybe you felt "good" at 8am, but then at 11am you felt "pissed", so then you can identify what happened between 8am and 11am that made you pissed).

I might try lolagrace's suggestions to see which ones I like best.

When i started using one I tried 3 or 4 all at once and marked each at the same time. Only one could handle my mixed dysphoria and so that was the winner. That one was iMood Journal.

I use IMood journal too. I was able to relabel the numbers to describe my mania and depression. So I aim for a six because that's baseline for me. Above is manic and below is depressed.
