Good luck

I was nervous during my first T appointment too because I didn't know what to expect, but all the appointments thereafter went well. Hope you like your new T

I hope it goes well. I had an appt with a T recently and she offered great advise on the very first visit. I was surprised by how easy it was to talk with her. I hope you have a similar experience. Just getting there is half the battle. (((Hugs)))
Thanks for this!

I know how you feel, I was soooo nervous for my first appointment. But I found it to be incredibly helpful, I hope you find the same.
Check out the psychotherapy forum too if you haven't already, it's a really good place to talk about your T, what you experience in therapy, get questions about therapy answered, etc.
