Just wondering... have any of you woken up one day and felt pissed off for no reason? I'm having one of those days. I'm super irritable and everything pisses me off.

As I implied, there is/was no trigger for this irritability. It just popped up out of the blue!

I have chronic irritability, but I guess that's a typical BP symptom.

I hate being pissy, tbh

i think everyone has those days. Does your body feel swollen and your limbs feel heavy? That happens to me and I always feel irritable too. It's like PMS but will happen even when I'm not PMS'ing.

I hope everyone leaves you alone and gives you the space you need during this time.

Nah. My head just feels heavy, like there's a 10lb weight added to it.

I might just take an Ativan to relax cos sh**'s about to hit the fan! Tho I don't know what that'll do, as I'm not even anxious. I'm too pissed to be anxious!!

Maybe I should pretend I'm Godzilla and go step on some ants

Step on ants and take an Ativan. Let us know if either of these tactics help.

I'm sometimes irritable for days, but try not to let it affect those around me. My therapist says it's normal to be pissed off for hours, or a day, but sustained "pissiness" is something else altogether. Klonipin helps take some of the edge off, but trying to be mindful of others' feelings is very important to me. I don't want to bite any heads off!

Yep, happens to me too. Thankfully not too often...I tend to wake up anxious more than anything else.

There are days like that. I feel like making at shirt that says; keep away angry cat day....watch for sharp claws and teeth, and wearing it on those days. What to you think, neon red or puke green?
