Positive things I've done today #4 :)

Got out of the house and went to the store.

Did nothing today....but that's OK, I'm stable that's all I care about. I'm a procrastinator...that's what I'm all about.

Did quite a bit of shopping. Bought a few tops for myself and tops for my nephews. I also got some food in my fridge.

Cleaned the inside of my car. I vacuumed the floors and seats, did the leather, cleaned the windows, cleaned the floor mats, wiped down everything...and removed about a kilo of dog hair.

Went and got my hair done. It took 4 hours! But it looks so much better. Got a lot off too. I like it.

Took a shower!

it's a sunny day and quite dry, so..

made myself laugh buy doing some mini mouse impressions (i'm not that good at them, but it's the laughter that counts!)

25 minutes of walking with my dog
15 minutes of free weights

Yay...go me...

Walked 5.4 miles with a friend. Stayed active until 6:00. Went to my T appointment.

I took another shower! It's becoming less of a hated chore -- i even enjoyed using loads of shampoo and building up a really good lather.

I wandered around our new Walmart and bumped into a couple things i'm running low on. I enjoy shopping and now with this new store in my neighborhood i can satisfy myself without breaking the bank.

Made an appointment for my yearly teeth cleaning. I usually wait for them to phone me but i thought it had gone more than a year since my last appointment and they weren't calling me because they didn't want me as a patient anymore. But the girl said they had me on their schedule to call early in June so everything is fine and i just jumped the gun and they like me just fine.

I decided i don't care that i don't have any friends. I don't play well with others -- so what? I'm kind, funny, smart and live in comfortable circumstances and am doing well with a wide variety of acquaintances. There's more to life than having friends! Whatever!

I settled a dispute with our transit company. They will be sending me a cheque for $50! I'm really pleased because the matter has been outstanding for nearly two years. Perseverence pays off!

Washed my bedding and took a nice shower with some anti-itch products already on board. Prepared to sleep like a baby tonight.

Bought the series "A Song of ice and Fire" for my Kindle. Plan on reading it as soon as I get up tomorrow, now that my Kindle is all charged up. Was a beautiful day today so I went to sit outside! It was wonderful

Now just had a nice shower, listening to some music and relaxing.

Life is good

drank some soda, (even though i actually had to stand up and walk to the soda bottle)

litirally so drained.. and that's all i've eaten (or rather drunk) so far

i really need to play my trivia... not played it all week.

I went out and treated myself to a decadent meal! Had wine and everything. Also bought my dad his Father's Day present, (A record player for all his records)

changed my shirt (because i got toothpaste splattered all over the one i was wearing, oops!)

cooked sausages

reserved something on amazon

vaccumed the kitchen

Going to take a shower.

I tried to apply for a job, even though the website was glitchy.

Took my meds.

Got my clothes sorted for washing.

Put up the new pots and pans I bought.

That's it, really. Been a slow day.

Made it to work on time....first day this week

Played music to feed my soul

Watched an Episode of Pretty Little Liars. My secret indulgence of silly, nonsensical fun.

Ran 4.2 miles, worked out doing back and shoulder, completed 2 sets of 12 reps on iso-lateral row with 410 pounds (only the second time ever being able to do that)

Got on the phone with LensCrafters to make sure they got my mom's sunglasses ready. I mean it was her mother's day present and its been like a month!

Well she got her sunglasses and loves them! Made me so happy

Drank lots of liquids
