I made it to our multi-campus Tai Chi practice and holiday party. I think we ended up with nine students, so it was a small intimate gathering. The roads were crappy, but we had a good time. I got to know some of my classmates a little better.

I actually exercised today, and it felt good.
I chose that over a nap from being overly sedated by these meds. Years and years ago, I constantly exercised, but then I stopped along the way. Now that my doses of meds are higher and I did notice I've gained weight in the past month, so I'm making it my New Year's resolution to make exercise a part of my routine. |

Saw my sister, nieces and nephews and played with them. It was fun and really made my day.

I baked about 4 dozen spritz cookies yesterday and today I plan on making pizzelles. I just hope I can keep the energy level up long enough to do so. Yesterday felt like a chore, but I made it through.

Went to church/choir with my youngest and we have a break between services so he and my ex and I are out to eat near church. It will be a long day but at least we don't have to repark. (Church is downtown). Don't know what we will do after this. We have to be back and dressed in our cassocks and albs at 3 (less than 2 hours). I'm hoping my ex pays the bill. He did last time.

Did a load of laundry and made two pans of lasagna. One pan went to my daughter's boyfriend's parents.

I managed to stay awake and not nap. I have been up for over 24 hours and I really want to sleep. But I know that if I just hold out a little longer I can sleep through the whole night after I take my meds.

Yesterday (Sunday) I managed to organise and clean one room in my flat and go through all my clothes, throwing out what was unusable or that I just didn't like. My weight has gone down so I now fit into a lot of my old summer clothes (Yey!). Also updated all the programs on my iMac as I have been away in hospital for 40 days. Then I chilled on the couch. Good day.
