I made myself get out of bed around 1245 and get a shower then turn in fill out and mail some important paperwork. Then I've been home with my youngest all day. Gotta get my daughter later. Wrote in my blog too.

Discharged from hospital today after 40 days IP. Feeling hopeful, a bit fragile but recovering.

Got my 3 cavaties filled so my mouth is solid. Life is tumbling down a crap covered hill but my smile is on point. It actually felt really good to have my teeth worked on today. My dentist and his staff are so warm and genuine seeming people. I get this feeling or peace when I'm around them. I should move in. The chairs lean back pretty comfy and they have TV.

Managed to go to work. I listened to my Therapist and called the pdoc today to schedule my appointment for sooner. I was able to talk to my supervisor and get approval to see my pdoc on Thursday, so I feel a sense of relief that I'll finally get to address all that I need to.

Finally brought my kitty to the vet. He has a hematoma in his ear, so he is on meds to fix it but the vet thinks it's caused by polyps in his ears so he needs to have surgery to remove them.
It feels better to know the polyps aren't cancer which is what I had been worried about but now I gotta come up with 450-600.

I went over to visit my parents in the AM this morning and really brightened their day. My dad was especially happy to see me which felt nice. My dad was telling me I look just like the actress from Trainwreck and he was going to take a picture of the TV and send it to me to prove it. I've been told by several people that I resemble Amy Schumer so there must be something to it.

Called my mom this morning to check on her and let her know I'm too sick to come over now but maybe will visit in awhile. I'm starting to feel a bit better so may shower and get ready for a visit

It may not sound positive, but I got my hair cut. I've gone to the same stylist for many years, & it might be more satisfying talking to her than to my therapist sometimes. I always seem to feel better after a haircut, so that qualifies as something positive I did today.
