I picked up and tried my weighted blanket. First night with it: tonight. Goodbye insomnia and anxiety!

Saw my pdoc on an emergency basis because I can feel myself slipping back into another deep depression with fleeting SIs. I told myself I'd do whatever it takes to avoid having to go back to the hospital again.

Today I cleaned my bathroom and cleaned the turtle tank.I also made lunch for my parents and washed my bedding (blankets,comforter,pillowcases.

I bought new tennis shoes. Old ones were taking on water and had no more support. Grocery shopped for just a few items. Titrated down my zyprexa. Practiced my choir music. Got blood work done. Talked to a nurse about medical tests I need done. (Ugh). Went to the pharmacy. (I'm always there.). Saw a friend for dinner with my younger son. Took a walk. Talked with a friend on the phone .

Posted in my blog. Nothing very long, but its something. Talked with my friend on the phone again, too. That's always a good thing. And I'm going to the store in a little bit to buy a snack item for choir rehearsal tonight. Oh and I noticed that in 8 posts, I'll go over the 8,000 mark! Seems I just was at 7. I'm not too fond of 8, though. I like 7 better. lol I guess I'll be looking at it for quite some time.

Got up at a reasonable hour, brushed & flossed & indulged in a face mask. Played with my cat, started my Lamictal & restarted my Buspar. Currently watching it snow
 Oh & started back posting here today.

I did my dental triple (brush+floss+rinse with Fluoride), cleaned the kitchen, went for a short walk, cooked and ate breakfast, drank lots of fluids, did some coloring, filled out Optimism Online, went to the IOP, made a date with a gal from the IOP to go have frozen yogurt tonight, and posted on here about what has been bothering me a lot.

I saw a friend for coffee, then went with other friends for lunch. Got a bloody nose. I came home and took a nap. Got another bloody nose. My son came home and I just hung out, then he wanted to go to Panera. So we left but I was worried about my tires. Stopped by my mom's. Her husband said I need new tires in the front. So we never made it to Panera because I'm going to bed early to get to the tire shop early. Plus, I've been trying to lose weight and been discouraged at the scale, but my mom said I look like I've lost weight and she didn't know I was trying, so that's cool.

Today has been good. This morning I saw my sister, nieces, nephews and Mum for a few hours then came home and went for a long snorkel. The seas were a bit rough but I enjoyed battling the waves. Lots of fish and I saw a huge sting-ray which was cool. Then I relaxed for a while before playing the guitar and singing for an hour. Tonight I will probably laze about on my couch surfing the net and watching Netflix.

eaten breakfast (I actually tried something diffrent) usually I have sausages, but today I just had a plate of cut up orange (I really didn't fancy sausages) uplifting music trivia challenge took laundry out/ put some away |
