Took out garbage. Did dishes. Put away pills that were out since Monday. Visited with friend. Stuck to diet. Obsessed over the arrival of my weighted blanket Monday morning!

Worked for 6 hours and managed to do really well. It was my second day back at work after my psychotic break. Now I am chilling on my couch feeling satisfied.
