Have I reached a level of stability at last?
My mood chart shows that it's been about ten days without any mood shifts, and about five days of mild depression before that.
I could not stop talking at work today! I barely got any work done! Plus I was showing off pics of Max. When I talk so much all day, it's usually a good sign.
Being at the hospital as my nephew came into the world I'm sure has also given me an extra boost of excitement.
I hope screaming this from the mountain tops doesn't jinx me, but I finally think I'm good.
Now if only I could have the energy to clean my house

Yay! That's awesome

My stability usually doesn't last for long, but I love it when I'm stable. I feel like ME. It's a great feeling, isn't it?

My (hypo)manias tend to be very angry, so even when I have an upswing, I'm usually not feeling too well. I only feel good when I'm stable.
Thanks for this!

I know it's only been a few weeks, but I'm running with this! I was stabile for years until last year. I'd like that back. Don't we all!

That's wonderful news! I hope it remains in remission forever!

I too have been stable for a short while now. Regrettably, my life circumstance is exceedingly unfortunate. However, I am finding myself more resilient and more assertive than I ever imagined I could be (at least not in the 3 1/2 years that I have been mostly unwell). It is a bittersweet place to be.
