you have to taper off the benzo, and maybe the risperdal too.

One thing I will say is be careful when it comes to your Lamictal ,, Generally if your off your Lamictal more than 3 days it greatly increases your risk of Steves johnsons syndrome ( SJS ) and typically you need to restart it all over again.

I think you probably have a combination of your going off the meds so abruptly and your brain is trying to figure out how in the world to function with out them .. Took me 3 months to be okay after I stopped Lithium.

Dont wait until you are in a full fledged episode to ask for help. keep in mind Pdocs see Bipolar people drop meds all the time .. Its just part of our illness.
