I've been surrounded by family and away from home since Tuesday and finally got home last night. I missed church today from being so tired and quite frankly I just wanna be alone. Is that weird? I'm not super depressed really I just need need time by myself.

Yeah, it's normal (at least for me )

I get stressed out when I don't get my alone time. I need a break from people to recharge myself.

I don't think it's weird at all. We all need time to ourselves every so often. Enjoy!

Alone time to recoup is not unusual or a bad thing at all. Not wanting to move, then feeling like crying might just be tiredness from the recent mental and physical exertion (sorry, not phrasing that well). Personally, I'd power down and snooze. (Unless that would mess with your sleep schedule too much.)
Hope you feel better soon.

Its 337 am an this is MY time. If I dont get enough I turn into a hellish monster.

Everyone of this planet needs alone time. Only difference ? Neurotypicals use "excuses" to jusitfy it " I worked overtime Im taking a Nap" or I did X and I need a break" ahhh the list goes on an on.

Remedy ? Just take your alone time. Blow off people that are stupid enough to question why you need and want to be alone.

If I had to be on point all the time it would be a epic disaster and most people would realize that had I been left alone there would not be an explosion and a mess to clean up.

Nothing wrong with some alone time. It can be good, sometimes.
