Does anyone else crack their neck, back, fingers, etc to relieve stress?

I crack my neck, back, fingers, toes, elbows, knees, and wrists. (I don't do my toes very often, though.)

I find it so great when I crack my back and neck. That's the best. I'll probably end up looking like Quasimodo from The Hunchback of Notre Dame, but who cares. Quasi was a G. Despite his back (and unfortunate looking face), he got the most beautiful girl of his dreams! That's a big F*** YOU to society, so I can get whatever I want even if I turn into Quasimodo

Yeeeeep. I crack everything. Hips, ankles, toes, fingers, wrists, neck, knees, upper and lower back, and elbows. When I was younger, I would stretch out like a cat after sleeping because it would pop my entire back. As long as you do not put too much stress your back and neck, you are fine.

I crack my knuckles but I can't crack my neck or back. When my husband was alive he use to crack his neck all the time. He also used to have me lean all my weight on his back to crack it.

One time when we first started dating he convinced me to let him crack my neck but I was afraid he was going to hurt me. I tensed up at the last second and that **** hurt like hell. Never again.

How the hell do you crack your hip???

My left hip (?) could use a cracking

You know how sometimes your arm or whatever will get "stuck" and you need to crack it? Well, yeah... that's the situation

That sounds painful! I go to a chiropractor and the first time he cracked my neck, I was sore for days! I can imagine the same was for you?

I just lift up my leg, bend it, then twist it quickly when I stretch it out. Each leg will crack both sides of your hips. Or I do just a weird little squat when I stand up. Seriously, it feels AMAZING. Try it some time, but be gentle.

I crack everything I can. LOVE it. I also get chiropractic care; she is great at getting a ton of stuff I can't - my fibulas, my sacrum, my ribs. Ahhhhhhh.....

Haha. Lol. Hell no. Gross.

My husband has me crack his back all the time though. Squeeze beneath the shoulders, sort of upwards hug. Just cringe.

I crack my knuckles but I can't do my back or neck because I have had
surgery on both, even have some hardware in my neck.
