I finally admitted to myself that I'm not sleeping well and have been cranky because I'm hypomanic/dysphoric right now. It's not bad but I'm leaving for vacation tonight and that's an 11 hour drive with my mom who can sometimes really get on my nerves when I am hypo.
I emailed my pdoc but she may or may not get it on the weekend. I can't really increase my meds much anyway or I'll sleep through vacation and I don't want that. This always happens in June. Guess this year it decided to be a little early. I'm scared.....I took my cats to the vets to board and nearly cried because leaving them was so hard even though they get great care.

Can you make several stops to give yourself a break? cut your prn in half and see if that helps without making you drowsy.

Yeh I would take smaller doses of Valium & use your hydroxyzine at night. But how long is your vacation? Can your mum drive instead?

Awe! I'm always sad when we go on a trip and leave our cats too, well except for the one that meows all the time. lol
Don't worry. They'll be alright. Hugs. Yeah. Take your prn. Your prn is awesome by the way. Right now I wish I had your prn. Well, except for hydroxyzine. Sugar pill for me.
