So I just got my meds (after a month of waiting) and I've been prescribed Explemed and Akinestat I previously drank and Atarax but my pdoc decided to switch me to a herbal: Valevid which is a mix of valerian and melissa? (to which extend I translated that from Bulgarian I am not sure) which did not work at all, maybe a bit for my anxiety but nothing about my insomnia. So.. do I continue all of the 3 or stop the valevid? Or should I pause it and ask my pdoc whenever I get the chance of seeing her (at 20th of June)

Can you phone your pdoc and ask that question? We're not really qualified to tell you what to do here.

Nope, if I could I would've but since she is at the psych ward we can only phone the psych ward itself and hope that she is free which the chances of that are low since she is the only children pdoc..

Can you call ask that they ask the doc the questions and then have someone or her call you back with the answer?

I will just not take them. They did nothing overall so it won't make a big difference. If something bad happens I will go to the psych ward to my psychologist, ask if she can call the psychiatrist.
