Yesterday I felt so low and I've been feeling this way for a long time I can't remember I cried and felt like I just wanted everything to end now today I feel better I'm a little tired because I didn't get any sleep due to my son everytime I try to go to sleep i just toss and turn though I had this intense feeling in my chest I started thinking how I wanted to go back to work and was ready to go to school so I got up and search through everything looking for my papers and I just feel like I have a little more energy than Ive been having what is this I'm feeling? a couple weeks ago it would've been normal but since I could be bp I second guess everything now

I'm glad you feel better this morning. It could be a shift in your emotions and energy level due to bipolar disorder. Have you diagnosed? Maybe you should schedule an appointment with a psychiatrist. Medications can be extremely helpful in managing mood swings in bipolar patients. My prayers are with you
