What's the longest period you have gone totally without sleep?

Mine is 80 hours with no sleep at all.

I think 36 hours. A day and a half? Yeah that's about right. I was on the verge of mania then.

A week and a half working nightshift (7 nights) then a few days after with no sleep... to say I was manic is an understatement

I think a week or so. But after that I slept only an hour, maybe two. Gradually more after that.

Night shift is horrible. I had my first round of 4 in a row, only got 3 hours sleep a day & ended up having auditory hallucinations & self harming.

I've never gone nights with no sleep at all. Always have to get a little. And when I'm not in a situation, I need to get at least six or I get the tired headache.

I like getting my sleepy time in.

Things get weird for me after 4 days. I've went longer but I tend to forget everything after day 4.

In retrospect I was hypomanic, I say hypo because I was still functioning until day 4 when I started to lose track of reality. It become all to much for me & I was scared, starting to become paranoid. I should have gone IP but then I passed out for like a day & woke up feeling pretty low, I was undiagnosed except for anxiety at the time.

I lose track after 3-4 days it's like an alternative world...usually end up inpatient. I think my body must get micro sleep cause I don't think it's possible for the body to go that long without sleep.

This happened to me too. By day four of no sleep I was everything was blurry and I was seeing rainbows everywhere and things running around the corner of my eye that did not exist, lol.

3 nights/4 days, and then I overdosed on lithium and clozapine.
Last week went 60 hours. I think my coworkers noticed I was a little sleep deprived.

I'm a weenie. I always get at least a couple of hours' sleep, even if I'm manic as hell. The longest I ever went without sleep was 2 days.
