Do any of you like to do outdoor activities?

I find outdoor activities helps a lot with reducing BP symptoms, especially depression. I love the fresh air.

I like biking and kayaking the most. Hiking is "okay", but I'll only do it if someone drags me along. Like, I won't go out of my way to go hiking.

I don't own my own kayak, but I've always wanted to. I've gone kayaking on the ocean in St. Petersburg, FL and it's just beautiful. I also want to go kayaking in Alaska at some point.
Thanks for this!

I like biking, hiking, walking around downtown Göteborg (the architecture is amazing). I like exploring historical sites, laying outside by the river or the ocean, walking with my two Dobermans.

I like running outside or just walking outside (3-4miles). Both are great to help with de-stressing and getting rid of anxiety for me.

I love fishing (big surprise) snorkeling, swimming, hiking once in a while if
I have company. I also like taking walks and boating.
I love the sun light it makes me feel much better and when I am fishing I
am very happy and at peace.

Puttering around with plants. Also (using my dollar store pick-stuff-up stick) picking up bits of trash around the property. They're meditative activities when down. (And just plain driven energy when up.)

I like swimming, snorkelling, biking, walking and just being outside. Really helps my mood. Doesn't work miracles though as yesterday I went for 2 long walks which lifted my mood then I crashed again a few hours later. Disappointing.

My meds make me heat sensitive and the climate is so hot here...my pdoc warns me not too stay out in the heat for too long during the warmest seasons. That's nearly year round, unfortunately.

The outdoor activity I like is camping and kayaking, unfortunately I haven't been for a couple of years though.
