I got the job! I am officially a sixth grade special Ed language arts teacher for a public school district. I am soooooo excited and so happy! This will be so much better for my mental health!

Thanks everyone for the congratulations! I'm very happy. Of course now I'm freaking out that I'm not going to be good enough. But I have the whole summer to research reading and writing workshops and stuff like that. I hope I'll be what they expect! I think I have it in me to be a good teacher. I just haven't been able to spread my wings because of the environment Ive been in. I hope I'll be everything they expect! And no episodes. I have 11 sick days, 3 personal days, and 1 family illness day. I hope I won't have to take any of them unless my son is sick! Please stay stable brain!
