What do you do that's considered embarrassing?

Is it related to your BP in any way? For example, I know that some people have hand tremors from lithium or akathisia from Latuda, both of which may be embarrassing in public. Or maybe your BP meds like Seroquel cause you to pig out in front of people?

I've been horrified by the scorched earth of my full-blown manias...but I can't think of anything that embarrasses me. Probably something there and I'm clueless as to it lol

My IBS is embarrassing. My chronic pain and sickness are embarrassing. My past manias and delusional thinking embarrass me. I accuse people of plotting against me when they are not, that's embarrassing. I'm overall a very embarrassed person.

I'm usually upfront about my IBS. I tell people I s*** a lot because food goes right through me unless I take Bentyl... but I can't be bothered to take Bentyl before every meal. Too much work.

The hand tremors at my age look normal. And if I catch someone lookin,
I tell 'em: "not bad for a 90 year old, right?".

The things that I do when I am hypo, sooooo embarrasing sometimes. Thankfully my friends have gotten used to it, my wife deals with it but I know that it stresses her out.

I am embarrassed about how I LOVE something when manic, and then when I come down, I think it is just OK.

Med wise-Not any real side effects.
