I'm going to get back to the gym and mma.
Going to lose weight.
Going to rests list some social circles
Going to work my butt off
Going to play cards again
Going to do some summer bucket lists
Going to have fun
Going to get my place clean

Tell me what else I can do to be great again.

I actually just made a resolution today myself: to stop complaining and start noticing all the good things and beauty that are happening around me. I'm sick of hearing myself whine.

My husband and I are starting a game: notice 5 things throughout the day that you are grateful for (that happen THAT day) and share it at dinner time. I'm looking forward to this!

I'm sick on focusing on the negative and not doing anything that brings me to happiness

Put that list somewhere you will see it everyday to keep you motivated. Say your front door so you see it everytime you leave your house for the day so you can walk out the door with a positive attitude. Good luck!!

Fantastic idea!

I find gratitude lists very helpful!
I am going to actively participate, too!

Today, this very moment, I am grateful for:

Family
Friends
Psych Central Community
Beautiful weather
Healthy Food
Access to medications which help me
Clean and healthy drinking water
Hot (or cool) showers anytime.
My computer and all it helps me to learn.
The ability to learn.
Reliable transportation.
Safe housing.
All of the birds singing outside of my window.
Comfy furniture.
Laundry facilities always available.
A stable life.
and much more!

I can tell already that you are great. Go for the things on your list
Even if you don't do them all it doesn't matter even a few of them
will increase your happiness big time.

I think I'm gonna put this list in my journal that has one entry and kinda make it a guide as to what I did that was on the list or something that makes me closer to happiness.

I'm with MusicLover82.......I'm sick of hearing myself whine and so is everyone else around me. I'm going to shut up and just make it happen. This is going to be the greatest summer of my life.
