I feel like I haven't had a true hypomanic episode in almost 2 years. Sometimes I get little 'flutters' of it and am excited for what's to come, but then it just fades. I'm not on any mood stabilizer - just 50 mg zoloft (increased from 25 a few days ago). Last time I was on this much zoloft I had the longest high of my life...but this time nothing! I would be grateful if I was stable, but it's more like I'm just rapidly fluctuating between severe depression and baseline - no fun at all. How is it possible to go this long with no ups?

I have mania to give away. When you hear the airplane, run to your backyard and pick up the chute. No worries.
It's on the house. ![]()
